Homework:

1. On Tuesday next week, a mind map of your Problem/ Solution paper is due. If you prefer NOT to do a mind map, you may submit a formal outline, typed. Use complete sentences in either the mind map OR the outline.

2. TWFTD: pathetic (adj.) in OED.

State the Problem

Write a sentence that states the problem you are going to explore in the next paper.

Write three questions on the topic you'll need to find answers for.

1. Spend time analyzing and reading about your problem. Take a page of notes in your daybook on the topic. Be sure to track any online sources you use for information.
